President & Owner
Larry spent 22 years selling and servicing critical power equipment before deciding he could do it better himself. He founded DCSG in 2019 with a simple bet: hire great people, show up when you say you will, and never cut corners. Over 25 years in the industry means he's seen every UPS failure mode, every impossible deadline, and every "we need you here yesterday" call. He still picks up the phone for every one of them.
Chris Carrillo
Co-Owner & Managing Partner
Chris spent six years in the battery industry working his way from specialist to strategic sales manager across the Northeast. He joined DCSG in 2022 to open the New York operation and hasn't slowed down since. If there's a data center between Boston and DC that needs something done right, Chris probably already knows the facility manager by first name. He brings the relationships, the hustle, and an honest opinion whether you asked for it or not.

Rich is the guy who makes sure the trains run on time. He oversees operations across all DCSG locations, turning chaos into process and process into results. His background in global data center operations means nothing surprises him anymore — and that's exactly what you want in a COO.

Eric is the bridge between what the client needs and what gets done. He manages technical accounts with the kind of follow-through that turns first-time customers into long-term partners. If your project is on his board, it's getting handled.
Trevor Ellis
Senior Battery Operations Manager
26 years in the battery industry and still going. Trevor knows battery systems the way most people know their morning commute — every detail, every shortcut, every thing that can go wrong. He leads our replacement and testing operations with the kind of expertise you can only get from doing the work, year after year.
